In Fig.l bis Fig.4 ist ein erfindungsgemäßes Klappdeckelelement 1 mit Dichtungsaufnahme 2 und Betätigungshilfe 3 dargestellt. Der Federkasten 4 weist eine Öffnung 6 auf, die direkt in die Federkammer 5 führt, die durch einen im wesentlichen zylindrischen Führungsteil 7 gebildet ist und deren stirnseitige Wände zylindrische Öffnungen 8,9 aufweisen, die auch unterschiedlichen Durchmesser haben können. Der Federkasten 4 weist weiters an jeder seiner beiden Längsseiten einander gegenüberliegende Schlitze 11,12 auf. Ein weitere Schlitz 10 wird durch einen in die Öffnung 6 ragenden, zungenförmigen Steg 31 der bis auf einen Abstand an die gegenüberliegende Seite der Öffnung 6 heranreicht, gebildet. Sowohl die Kanten der Streben 14,15 als auch die Achsstummel 23,24 sind mit Fasen 32 versehen, welche als Anlaufschräge dienen und das Einführen der Achsstummel 23,24 in die schlitzförmigen Ausnehmungen 16,17 und in weiterer Folge in die Öffnungen 8,9 bzw. 18,19 erleichtern. Die Fasen 32 an den Achsstummeln 23,24 sind dabei so ausgerichtet, dass sie vom Element 20,1, je nachdem ob sie am dosenformigen Behälterelement 20 oder am Klappdeckelelement 1 angeordnet sind, weggerichtet sind. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass bei geöffnetem Klappdeckelelement (1) eine Zugkraft an den Achsstummel 23,24 nur in jenem Bereich des Umfangs angreifen, welche keine Fase aufweisen. Das unbeabsichtigte Lösen der Verbindung kann somit verhindert werden. Die Fase 32 dient somit lediglich dem Zusammenbau von Klappdeckelelement (1) und Behälterelement (20), nicht jedoch dem Lösen der Verbindung. Zwischen den Stegen 21,22 befindet sich eine Anlaufschräge 25 mit einer Rastkante 26. Mittels seitlichem Druck auf die Torsionsfeder 27 in Richtung der imaginären Drehachse des Klappdeckelelements 1 wird diese unter den zungenförmigen Steg 31 bis auf eine Anschlagfläche 13 der Federkammer 5 geschoben, die durch den kleineren Durchmesser der zylindrischen Öffnung 9 gebildet wird. Alternativ dazu ist vorgesehen, die Öffnung 9 gleich groß auszuführen, wie die Öffnungen 8,18,19, wobei die seitliche Bewegung der Torsionsfeder 27 durch das Einrasten der Federschenkel 28,29 in den Schlitzen 10,11 begrenzt wird. Dadurch wird gleichzeitig der Federschenkel 28 in den Schlitz 10 geschoben. Durch das Eintauchen des Federschenkels 29 in den Schlitz 11 wird die Torsionsfeder 27 lagegerecht fixiert. Der Steg 31 verhindert, dass die Torsionsfeder unter Belastung aus der Federkammer 5 herausspringt.
