Abstract

Cette invention concerne une méthode permettant de construire la stéréostructure d'une protéine à plusieurs chaînes qui présente des séquences arbitraires d'amino-acides en appliquant par extension un procédé expérimental de modélisation utilisé pour la construction de la stéréostructure d'une protéine à chaîne unique avec séquence d'aminoacides arbitraire (extension du procédé de modélisation). Selon cette méthode, les formes d'entrée de la chaîne dans un programme informatique sont corrigées chacune de manière à présenter une morphologie de chaîne unique factice (correction de l'alignement séquentiel), puis on construit la stéréostructure selon le procédé de modélisation tout en supposant, dans le calcul de la formule potentielle par le programme informatique, que la structure possède plusieurs chaînes, ce qui permet d'élaborer la structure de la protéine cible. Plus spécifiquement, cette méthode de construction de la stéréostructure d'une protéine arbitraire à plusieurs chaînes intervient de façon essentielle dans la conception de médicaments ou analogues, ceci avec une précision élevée et une efficacité beaucoup plus grande qu'avec des méthodes classiques.
