Abstract
A humidify conditioner (1) using hot water for regeneration of adsorbent, comprising adsorbing cooling elements (51, 52) having a cooling passage (56) allowing the third cooling air (RA) to flow therein to remove or reduce a heat of adsorption and a humidity conditioning passage (55) allowing the first adsorbing air (OA) or the second regenerating air (RA) to flow therein, whereby the capacity of the device can be prevented from being lowered by the heat of adsorption.
