Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé relatif à l'élaboration et à l'utilisation d'un équipement portatif ou transférable d'enrichissement microbien, permettant de manipuler et de traiter un échantillon microbiologique ou biochimique dans les conditions souhaitées, immédiatement après le prélèvement. Il s'agit d'un étui, d'une mallette ou autre support analogue, qui comporte des contenants pour échantillons et un matériau isolant de rembourrage ou de garniture remplaçable. Les contenants et tous les autres éléments, comme les unités de contrôle, de mesure, de contrôle de température, et la batterie, sont imbriqués dans le matériau isolant. Le procédé correspondant consiste à introduire un flux de gaz dans les contenants, à contrôler la température de ce flux et à enrichir ou mettre en culture les microbes sous la température souhaitée. Le procédé consiste en outre à évaluer la température des contenants à partir de la mesure de la température des échantillons qu'ils contiennent, à transférer les résultats de mesure sur un afficheur externe à l'équipement, et à établir des communications sans fil avec tel ou tel dispositif distinct.
