Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'enregistrement et de reconnaissance d'iris permettant de collecter et d'enregistrer des informations d'iris de classes diverses lors de l'enregistrement, au moyen d'un illuminateur, d'un iris original, et d'augmenter le taux de reconnaissance lors de la reconnaissance d'un iris. Des moyens de stockage permettent d'enregistrer et de stocker plusieurs informations d'iris par classes pour chaque utilisateur en tant qu'informations originales d'iris. Les informations d'iris sont classées dans au moins une classe selon le diamètre de la pupille. Un capteur de distance détecte un objet déterminé approchant l'emplacement d'un dispositif. Des moyens d'acquisition d'image acquièrent une image d'un iris. Une unité de réglage de fonctions comprend une clé d'enregistrement destinée à déclencher l'enregistrement de l'image de l'iris acquise par les moyens de saisie d'image en tant qu'original. Une unité de commande envoie un signal de commande d'illumination lorsque le capteur de distance détecte que l'objet approche du dispositif. L'unité de commande classe l'image d'iris, acquise grâce aux moyens d'acquisition, dans au moins une classe, enregistre et stocke cette image classée dans des moyens de stockage, ou bien identifie chaque utilisateur sur la base du résultat d'une comparaison réalisée entre une image d'iris acquise par les moyens de saisie et une image d'iris enregistrée. L'illuminateur émet un éclairage en réponse au signal de commande d'illumination provenant de l'unité de commande.
