Definitions
- the present invention relates to a pressure rod, that is to say an element for absorbing the pressure forces in a pneumatic component, and a device for fastening it according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- a pressure rod that is to say an element for absorbing the pressure forces in a pneumatic component
- a device for fastening it according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- Such pressure rods are known and described, for example, in European patent application 01 903 559.1 of the same inventor.
- the pressure rod is made up of several parts for practical reasons, the individual parts or sections generally being inserted one after the other or one behind the other in suitably shaped pockets on the pneumatic component. Since these individual sections only absorb and transmit pressure forces, it is entirely sufficient to simply butt them together.
- the forces to be absorbed by the compression rods can be considerable. This requires that the compressive forces be transmitted over the entire cross-sectional area from one section of the compression rod to the other. However, this is only the case if the pockets mentioned are made very precisely and the insertion of the rod parts or sections is carried out with extreme care. This in turn increases the cost of manufacturing the pneumatic components and slows down the assembly on site. Furthermore, it is possible that despite great accuracy in the manufacture and care in the assembly, wind-induced movements of the pneumatic components, for example, result in mutual displacements of the sections over time, which are detrimental to the quality of the components. In addition, the pressure rods are always inserted in the pockets mentioned. Fixation points for technical systems and devices are usually associated with injury to the pockets and associated with additional effort.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a pressure rod which does not have the disadvantages mentioned and also offers the possibility of creating accessible fastening points for systems and apparatus for energy and building technology.
- Fig. La is a pneumatic component according to the prior art
- Fig. 2a shows a first embodiment of a compression rod in a cross section, Fig. 2b, the first embodiment together with a
- FIG. 3 shows a second exemplary embodiment of a compression rod together with two hollow bodies
- Fig. 6 shows a fourth embodiment of a compression rod in a cross section.
- FIG. 1 a is a pneumatic component 1 in a side view and consists of a hollow body 2 which is cylindrical here and on which a pressure rod 3 is placed. At the ends of the compression rod 3, it is firmly connected with two tension bands 4, which are tensioned in opposite screwing directions around the hollow body and are tight there. In the terminology of structural engineering, these fastening points of the drawstrings are called 4 nodes 5. According to the technology, the pressure rod 3 is inserted into pockets 6 which are fastened to the hollow body by welding, gluing or sewing.
- the hollow body 2 has two caps 18 which move it outwards! seal, and preferably consists of a little stretchy textile fabric and is either airtight - for example with a PVC coating - or is only a tensile but not airtight cover for an inserted gas hose made of an elastic plastic. If the hollow body 2 is to be airtight, the seams of the pockets 6 are to be sealed after sewing.
- Fig. Lb shows a cross section AA through the pneumatic component 1 on a somewhat larger scale. It can also be seen here that the drawstrings 4 can at most be guided in tabs 7 in order to fix their position in the slack state of the component 1.
- FIG. 2a, b now shows a first exemplary embodiment of the pressure rod 3 according to the invention in a cross section, in FIG. 2a alone, in FIG. 2b together with the hollow body 2 which has not yet been pressurized with pressure gas.
- the pressure rod 3 has a length over its entire length Groove 8, which - in cross section - has a narrow neck 9 and an approximately circular extension 10.
- the material of the pocket 6 can be slipped into the still empty groove 8; in order to fix it therein, a clamping element 11 extending over the entire length of the pressure rod 3 is drawn in.
- This can consist of a round rod made of aluminum or plastic, for example, or of a textile round cord.
- the pocket 6 is fastened to the material of the hollow body 2 in such a way that when the hollow body 2 is slack, it lies so loosely that the tensile stress in the shell of the hollow body 2 runs in the area of the compression rod 3 over the material of the pocket ⁇ .
- the shell of the hollow body 2 is made airtight, or a gas hose 12 made of an elastic plastic is inserted into the shell of the hollow body.
- the parts of the pressure rod 3 are continuously brought into alignment by the clamping element 11.
- FIG. 3 shows a second exemplary embodiment of the pressure rod 3 according to the invention, together with parts of the hollow body 2.
- the pressure rod 3 is designed here in such a way that it has two grooves 8, which are opposite one another in mirror image. 3, two pneumatic components 1 according to FIG. 1 can be coupled. However, if the pneumatic component 1 is designed such that it has a compression rod 3 along two, azimuthally offset, 180 °, generatrices, each provided with two tension bands 4, then the compression rod 3 according to FIG. 3 can be used for any number of pneumatic components 1 string together, for example to form a roof surface. 4 shows a further development of the pressure rod 3 according to FIG. 3.
- the pressure rod 3 also has two grooves 8. However, its cross section is larger than that of the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3.
- two bores 13 running along the pressure rod 3 are made. These are provided to carry fluids, for example water and / or compressed air.
- two quick-release fasteners 14 are shown, which are placed on bores 15, which are arranged transversely to the longitudinal bores 13, and make it possible to supply water and compressed air consumers, which are provided under a roof mentioned above.
- the quick-release fasteners 14 mentioned are coded such that they can only be used either for water or for compressed air, as is the case in the prior art.
- connecting elements are also located between the individual sections according to the quick-release principle, as shown in a side view in FIG. 5.
- an intermediate piece 16 is arranged between the quick-release fasteners 14, which on the one hand reacts elastically resiliently to longitudinal loading, and on the other hand is flexible to bend, so that the quick-release fasteners 14 are statically secured. hen are undetermined, and no significant bending and compressive forces are derived.
- water and compressed air are only intended in the sense of non-limiting examples. More generally, one can speak of supply lines that are realized by the longitudinally running bores 13.
- the pressure rod 3, either alternatively or cumulatively to the bores 13 mentioned can also carry busbars of a known type.
- message and data lines can also be integrated in this way - for example via coaxial cables in the pressure bars 3.
- a provisional or permanent building constructed with the pneumatic components 1 mentioned, or even just a corresponding roof, can thus be equipped and provided with all the necessary supply lines without the laying of lines.
- FIG. 6 As a further exemplary embodiment of the pressure rod 3 according to the invention, one for the connection of four pneumatic components 1 is shown schematically in FIG. 6. According to its purpose, it carries four arms 17 in cross section, at the ends of which the grooves 8 described are arranged. Of course, one or more arms 17 can in turn be designed and equipped for receiving supply lines in accordance with what has been said for FIG. 6. Instead of four arms 17, the push rod 3 can of course also have a different number of arms 17, e.g. three or six. In addition, the pneumatic components 1 attached to it can be equipped with pressure rods 3 according to FIG. 3 and thus connected to one another.
