Abstract

L'invention concerne des cristaux d'un complexe d'une protéine SeqA, qui est une protéine régulatrice de la réplication de l'ADN, conjointement avec un ADN hémi-méthylé, un procédé de préparation associé, la stéréo-structure tridimensionnelle du complexe analysée par cristallographie aux rayons X, un procédé de balayage d'un composé inhibant la formation du complexe susmentionné au moyen des données de la stéréo-structure tridimensionnelle ainsi obtenues, etc. La mise en oeuvre du procédé permet de développer un médicament inhibant la prolifération d'une bactérie à mécanisme de régulation de réplication par hémi-méthylation.
