  • This invention relates generally to a method of producing a one-way clutch. More particularly, it relates to a method of producing a one-way clutch which includes a shaft member, an outer race disposed on an outer circumference side of the shaft member and having a plurality of pocket portions provided on an inner circumferential face thereof in such a manner as to be concave toward the outer circumference side, and a roller and a resilient member accommodated in each of the pocket portions .
  • a method of producing a one-way clutch which includes a shaft member, an outer race disposed on an outer circumference side of the shaft member and having a plurality of pocket portions provided on an inner circumferential face thereof in such a manner as to be concave toward the outer circumference side, and a roller and a resilient member accommodated in each of the pocket portions, the method comprising: a preparation step of providing a disk- shaped blank; a preforming step of performing cold presswork on the disk-shaped blank to reduce the thickness of the disk-shaped blank; a forming step of performing cold presswork on the disk- shaped blank subsequently to the preforming step to form a through-hole into which the shaft member is to be fitted and the pocket portions in the disk-shaped member to complete the outer race; and an assembling step of assembling the rollers and the resilient members into the pocket portions and fitting the outer race with the shaft member.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'embrayage à roue libre (1). Ledit procédé comprend une étape de préparation d'une ébauche (31) en forme de disque à partir de laquelle un chemin de roulement (12) est formé; une étape de préformage permettant d'exécuter un pressage à froid sur ladite ébauche afin de réduire son épaisseur; une étape de formation permettant, à l'aide d'une matrice métallique comprenant une forme dotée d'un trou traversant (12a) dans lequel un élément d'arbre (11) est monté, de former une pluralité de parties de poche (21) et de parties de retenue (22, 23) estampillées au moment d'un estampillage à froid sur l'ébauche en forme de disque afin d'obtenir le chemin de roulement, et une étape d'assemblage d'éléments souples (14) et de galets (13) dans les parties de poche du chemin de roulement et d'adaptation du chemin de roulement dans la circonférence extérieure de l'élément d'arbre, ce qui permet d'obtenir un embrayage à roue libre.
