Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de la chimie thérapeutique et plus particulièrement au domaine de la pharmacotechnie. Elle a plus particulièrement pour objet un nouveau procédé de production de solutions à base de substances phénoliques stabilisés n'incluant pas d'agent anti-oxydant dans lequel on procède à la désoxygénation des solutions par un gaz inerte d'une part, et à la désoxygénation des volumes morts des cuves, des canalisations de fabrication ainsi qu'à un inertage des ampoules ou flacons contenant le soluté par un gaz inerte rare dense tel que l'argon, en opérant à basse température et à pH ajusté au-dessus de 3,0 et en dessous de 5,0 pour obtenir des solutions stables de substances phénoliques contenant moins de ou au plus 0,02 ppm d'oxygène dans la solution, que l'on filtre par double filtration stérilisante. Utilisation en thérapeutique humaine ou animale.
