Abstract

The invention concerns a method for immobilising various molecules. The immobilisation method is reversible and essentially comprises steps which consist in: fixing a cyclodextrin or a cyclodextrin polymer on a substrate; producing a covalent bond between a hydrophilic polymer having hydrophobic groups and the biological molecule or macromolecule to be immobilised; contacting the biological molecule or macromolecule thus modified with the substrate bearing the cyclodextrin or the cyclodextrin polymer. The invention is particularly applicable to analytical techniques requiring regeneration of sensors.
