Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système permettant aux titulaires distants (6a, 6b, 7a, 7b) d'une société, de prendre des décisions concernant des opérations sur titre proposées par ladite société.Ledit système met en oeuvre un réseau de communication informatique (1). Il différencie les titulaires au nominatif (6a, 6b) des titulaires au porteur (7a, 7b). Dans le cas d'un titulaire nominatif un code d'identification, généré par un centralisateur (4), est retourné par le titulaire au centralisateur directement et en parallèle via un dépositaire. Dans le cas d'un titulaire au porteur, une clé d'identification générée par un collecteur (3) est transmise directement et en parallèle via un dépositaire (5).Le titulaire transmet ses identifiants et ses décisions au collecteur (3) qui les retransmettra pour partie, en parallèle, via le dépositaire (5) ô un centralisateur (4). Le centralisateur (4) compare (4c) les codes ou les clés d'identification aux fins d'exécution (4v) des décisions des titulaires.
