Abstract
L'invention relève de la communication sans fil et s'utilise dans des réseaux de communication basés sur un accès cellulaire sans fil pour abonnés. Elle permet de réduire les coûts de mise en place et de développement du système. Elle permet également d'utiliser une seule fréquence d'ondes à des fins de prestation de services différents, y.c. par des sociétés différentes. Les signaux sont transmis depuis la station de base à destination des abonnés à travers un ou plusieurs émetteurs de base, et la réception des signaux provenant des abonnés se fait par des récepteurs de base de groupe. Les récepteurs et émetteurs de base de chaque cellule sont disposés à l'intérieur d'objets aérostatiques, et les zones de service courant (cellules) sont formées par la modification de la position de ces objets par rapport à la surface de la terre. On forme des sous-zones de service, qui correspondent à des émetteurs de base isolés à l'intérieur d'une cellule, pour chaque position de l'objet aérostatique au moyen de la modification de la position et/ou de la puissance des émetteurs de base à l'intérieur dudit objet aérostatique.
