登机桥的行走装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种登机桥装置, 特别是涉及一种同时能够支持桥体 的登机桥的行走装置。 . 背景技术
为使旅客上下飞机安全舒适, 加快疏导旅客的速度, 民用机场通 常配备有旅客登机桥 10 , 如图 1所示, 而兼具支持及升降部分的行 走装置 12是登机桥必备的装置, 它同时还需要保持桥体的稳定。 现 有技术的行走装置 12以驱动方式的不同,通常分成如图 2A所示的机 电式和如图 2B所示的液压式。 显然, 图 2A所示的机电式行走装置 12中, 电机减速装置 14是通过链轮 16与行走轮 18的轮轴 20.相连 的, 它的结构十分复杂, 安装不变, 且不易拆卸, 同样是不利于维护 的。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种登机桥的行走装置, 通过将驱动装置 的输出轴与行走轮同轴设置, 而实现了安装方便,零部件构造紧凑的 结构, 从而可以增加装置的可靠性和可维修性。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现:
一种登机桥的行走装置, 包括
至少一个横梁组件, 每一端部均固定有轴承座;
至少两个行走轮, 分别通过轮轴固定到所述横梁的两端部的轴承 座; 以及
至少减速驱动装置, 其中所述减速驱动装置的输出轴与固定在所
所述的行走装置, 其中所述横梁组件设置有
一横梁;
一对轴承座, 固定在所述横梁的底面或顶面;
一对驱动装置安装架, 从所述横梁的其中任一个側面伸出。
所述的行走装置, 其中所述横梁组件还包括
一对轴承座支架, 分别固定在所述横梁的两个端部, 该轴承座支 架的底面或顶面用于固定所述轴承座。
所述的行走装置, 其中所述减速驱动装置的输出轴为空心轴, 固 定在穿过所述轴承座的所述轮轴上。
所述的行走装置, 其中所述减速驱动装置的输出轴为实心轴, 通 过法兰与所述轮轴连接。
所述的行走装置, 其中所述一对驱动装置安装架彼此以预定距离 间隔设置。
所述的行走装置, 其中所述轴承座支架的截面为直角三角形。 所述的行走装置, 其中所述减速驱动装置安装架设置有加强筋。 所述的行走装置, 其中所述横梁为方管。
所述的行走装置, 其中所述横梁由工字钢制成或其他材料制成。 根据本发明的一个方面, 由于本发明直接用减速箱驱动行走轮的 轮轴, 减小了车轮正、 反转时产生的间隙。
根据本发明的又一个方面,由于本发明的减速器直接套在轮轴上, 安装拆卸十分方便, 故障率少, 还特别方便了维修操作。 附图的简要说明

下文, 将详细描述本发明。
参见图 3A所示的较佳实施例, 本发明的行走装置 100通过梁 102 同时支承升降装置(未示出), 该梁 102经过大型回转轴承 104利用 销轴 106与行走装置 100的横梁 110固定。本发明利用输出轴 132为 0 空心轴的电机减速器 130直接与行走轮 120的轮轴 122连接,从而大 大筒化了结构。
本发明各部分的详细结构, 请参见图 4所示的分解示意图。 首先, 本发明的横梁组件设置有: 一横梁 110 , 其端部用于固定两个行走轮 120; 一对轴承座支架 144 , 分别固定在该横梁 110的两个端部; 一 25 对轴承座 142, 固定在该轴承座支架 144的底面; 一对驱动装置安装
架 134 , 从所述横梁 110的其中任一个侧面伸出。 其次, 本发明所采 用的减速驱动装置 130是一个输出轴 132为空心轴的减速电机装置。
另一方面, 轮胎 120与轮圈 121配合形成行走轮, 而一端与行走 轮圈 121固定的轮轴 122通过另一端部穿过轴承 140及轴承座 142固 定, 也就是说, 行走轮的轴线与轴承 140及轴承座 142的轴线为同一 轴线。
本发明将电机减速器 130与包含有横梁 110、 轴承座 142 以及驱 动装置安装架 1 34的横梁组件固定。 特别的是, 本发明需要将电机减 速器 1 30的空心轴 132的轴线对准轴承座 142的轴线进行安装,进而 保证了电机减速器的空心轴 132与轴承座 142 , 乃至轮轴 122及行走 轮均在同一轴线上。 因此, 本发明的行走装置 100结构简单。
通常行走轮的轮圈 121是具有一定的厚度的, 为使本发明行走装 置 100结构更加紧凑以保证行走装置 100的稳定性,本发明将轴承座 支架 144设置成直角三角形;这样,轮圈 121便可靠近横梁 110设置, 如图 3A - 3B所示。 当然, 本发明驱动装置的安装架 134是一个固定 在横梁侧面的金属板, 如图 3B所示, 为保证该安装架 134具有足够 的强度, 还应当在该板件上再设置加强筋 1 36。
在本发明的较佳实施例中, 横梁 110是采用工字钢制成的, 当然 这需要在该横梁上设置有加强筋;还可以该横梁 110采用方管及其他 材料制成。
应当理解的是, 根据本发明的技术方案, 还可以将轴承座 142直 接设置在横梁 110两端的下部,进一步地简化部件来适应不同场合的 需要。 不仅如此, 本发明还可以将电机减速器的输出轴 132设置成实 心轴, 通过法兰与轮轴 122的法兰连接(未示出)。
还应当理解的是, 根据本发明的技术方案, 两个安装架 134可以
一预定间隔设置在横梁 110的同侧, 如图 3 - 4所示; 也可以分别设 置在该横梁 110的两侧 (未示出), 而同样地可以实现令两个电机减 速器的输出轴 132的轴线对准固定在横梁两端的轴承座 142的轴线。
虽然本发明利用上述较佳实施例来描述本发明的技术方案, 对于 例如可以将轴承座支架设计成其他形状,而它们都将属于后附权利要 求书的保护范围。
Claims
1、 一种登机桥的行走装置, 包括
至少一个横梁组件, 每一端部均固定有轴承座;
至少两个行走轮, 分别通过轮轴固定到所述横梁的两端部的轴承 座; 以及
至少减速驱动装置, 其特征在于, 所述减速驱动装置的输出轴与 固定在所述横梁组件上的轴承座以及所述行走轮及其轮轴安装在同 一轴线上。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的行走装置, 其特征在于, 所述横梁组件 设置有
一横梁;
一对轴承座, 固定在所述横梁的底面或顶面;
一对驱动装置安装架, 从所述横梁的其中任一个侧面伸出。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的行走装置, 其特征在于, 所述横梁组件 还包括
一对轴承座支架, 分别固定在所述横梁的两个端部, 该轴承座支 架的底面或顶面用于固定所述轴承座。
4、根据权利要求 2或 3所述的行走装置, 其特征在于, 所述减速 驱动装置的输出轴为空心轴, 固定在穿过所述轴承座的所述轮轴上。
5、根据权利要求 2或 3所述的行走装置, 其特征在于, 所述減速 驱动装置的输出轴为实心轴, 通过法兰与所述轮轴连接。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的行走装置, 其特征在于, 所述一对驱动 装置安装架彼此以预定距离间隔设置。
7、 根据权利要求 3所述的行走装置, 其特征在于, 所述轴承座支 架的截面为直角三角形。
8、 根据权利要求 2所述的行走装置, 其特征在于, 所述减速驱动 装置安装架设置有加强筋。
9、 根据权利要求 2所述的行走装置, 其特征在于, 所述横梁为方 β£,
