Abstract

Cette invention a trait à un procédé, ainsi qu'au dispositif afférent, en rapport avec une cuve d'électrophorèse. Cette cuve comporte une coque externe, plusieurs récipients rattachés au fond de la cuve, conçus pour recevoir plusieurs bandes d'étanchéité et constitués en deux rangées sensiblement parallèles, subdivisant la cuve en trois secteurs, le troisième secteur se trouvant entre le premier et le deuxième secteur. Cette cuve est également équipée d'une première électrode sur l'un de ses côtés et d'une seconde électrode sur l'autre, la première électrode se trouvant complètement prise dans le premier secteur et la seconde dans le deuxième. En utilisation, plusieurs plaques de gel pour électrophorèse viennent s'intercaler entre les bandes d'étanchéité de manière qu'une première extrémité d'une plaque de gel soit placée entre le premier secteur et que la seconde extrémité de la plaque de gel soit placée dans le second secteur. Le corps principal de la plaque de gel se déploie dans le troisième secteur, la cuve étant remplie de plaques de gel et les bandes d'étanchéité entrant en contact avec celles-ci afin de constituer le troisième secteur.
