Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de service de communication mettant en application un numéro de téléphone et une adresse de courrier électronique uniques et un procédé correspondant. Ceci consiste, pour un fournisseur de services de communication privilégié, à monter un centre de communication de sites d'affaires dans chaque site d'affaires se rapportant à une société possédant une pluralité de sites d'affaires locaux et étrangers et à affecter un numéro de téléphone et une adresse de courrier électronique uniques à la totalité du personnel et des directeurs de la société correspondante, puis à créer un centre de métro communication capable de gérer intégralement une pluralité de centres de communication de sites d'affaires au niveau du site d'affaires de chaque pays dans lesquels est installée une société. Ceci consiste également à contrôler les communications vocales et numériques passées par le personnel et les directeurs de chaque centre de communication de site d'affaires avec les usagers d'un terminal interne et externe, et à contrôler les communications vocales et numériques passées par les usagers d'un terminal externe avec le personnel et les directeurs.
