Abstract

Die Herstellung gewünschter Produkte (1) erfolgt in mindestens einem dezentral angeordneten automatisierten Prozesssystem (3), welches bereitgestellte Ausgangsstoffe (2) je nach Abhängigkeit von ihm zugeführten Rezepturdaten (25) zu dem jeweiligen Produkt (1) verarbeitet. Das Prozesssystem (3) ist über ein Kommunikationsmedium (27) mit einer entfernten zentralen Recheneinrichtung (28) verbunden. Eine ebenfalls an dem Kommunikationsmedium (27) angeschlossene Eingabeeinrichtung (22) dient zur Eingabe eines Produktwunsches (37), wobei die zentrale Recheneinrichtung (28) in Abhängigkeit von dem erhaltenen Produktwunsch (37) die zur Herstellung des gewünschten Produkts (1) erforderlichen Rezepturdaten (25) aus einer Rezepturdatensammlung für das automatisierte Prozesssystem (3) beschafft oder diesem vermittelt. In der zentralen Recheneinrichtung (28) wird jeder Herstellvorgang der Produkte (1) bezüglich Menge und qualitätsrelevanter Prozessdaten (13') protokolliert.
