Eine erfindungsgemäße Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist im Patentanspruch 1 angegeben. Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche. Erfindungsgemäß wird zur Behandlung von Fettleibigkeit, Cellulitis etc. eine Vorrichtung verwendet, die wenigstens eine Einrichtung aufweist, die ein zeitlich variables Magnetfeld erzeugt. Ferner weist die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung wenigstens eine Halteeinrichtung auf, die wenigstens einen Permanentmagneten derart hält, daß er mit der Oberfläche des zu behandelnden Körperteils in Kontakt ist, und daß .er mit dem zeitlich variablen Magnetfeld derart wechselwirkt, daß durch den Kontakt zwischen Magneten und Körperoberfläche zeitlich variierende Kräfte auf die Oberfläche des zu behandelnden Körperteils ausgeübt werden.An inventive solution to this problem is specified in claim 1. Insbesondere kann die Vorrichtung so aufgebaut sein, daß die wenigstens eine Einrichtung, die ein zeitlich variables Magnetfeld erzeugt, wenigstens eine stromdurchflos- sene Spule-, aufweist, die so ausgebildet ist, daß der zu behandelnde Körperteil und der wenigstens eine in Kontakt mit diesem Körperteil angeordnete Permanentmagnet dem von der Spule erzeugten Magnetfeld ausgesetzt sind. Die Spule kann dabei insbesondere derart ausgebildet sein, daß sie den zu behandelnden Körperteils umgibt . Bevorzugt ist ferner eine Steuereinheit vorgesehen, die den Effektivwert des von der Einrichtung erzeugten zeitlich variablen Magnetfeldes periodisch zwischen wenigstens zwei Leistungsstufen umschaltet.
