Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'immobilisation d'un acide nucléique sur un support solide ainsi que le support résultant contenant l'acide nucléique immobilisé. Le support solide comporte au moins un groupe thiol immobilisé, qui réagit avec un acide nucléique et qui fixe ce dernier afin d'immobiliser l'acide nucléique sur le support. Le groupe thiol peut être rendu non réactif et peut être réactivé par la suite pour fixer l'acide nucléique. Le procédé peut être utilisé soit avec un acide nucléique double brin, soit avec un acide nucléique simple brin, et peut être utilisé pour fixer des oligonucléotides et/ou des produits d'amplification en chaîne par polymérase.
