Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé pour formuler une ou plusieurs matière(s) active(s) sous la forme de granulés directement compressibles comprenant la granulation par voie humide à l'aide d'une solution liante de ladite matière active et le cas échéant des excipients associés puis le séchage des granulés ainsi obtenus, caractérisé en ce que ladite granulation est effectuée par extrusion basse pression du mélange matière(s) active(s), solution liante et le cas échéant excipient(s).
