Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé servant à la détermination à haut rendement de la pureté énantiomérique de composés chiraux par utilisation de la séparation électrophorétique à l'aide de capillaires d'électrophorèse capillaire parallèles ou de systèmes microfluidiques. Le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que des sélecteurs chiraux sont ajoutés à l'électrolyte ou en ce que les énantiomères à déterminer sont transformés en diastéréomères discernables électrophorétiquement avant la séparation électrophorétique.
