Abstract

The invention relates to image processing and can be used, for example for observing and monitoring moving objects with the aid of TV devices. Said invention makes it possible to position the moving object with the aid of a succession of television pictures of the position thereof. Image retention in the centre of a display field of a video camera makes it possible to exclude factors destabilising the accuracy of positioning the object. Analysis of the image parameters makes it possible to classify elements of the object and to form the image thereof.
