Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de demande d'émission de carte, permettant à un client, en cas de besoin et à partir d'un quelconque endroit, de connecter un téléphone cellulaire à Internet intégré, dénommé téléphone portatif, ou un ordinateur personnel, directement à un centre de cartes bancaires correspondant, par l'intermédiaire de l'Internet.
