Abstract

La présente invention concerne une unité de récupération destinée à un dispositif de traitement de micro-réseaux servant à acheminer une pièce à usiner telle qu'une lame pour microscope avant ou après les opérations de traitement exécutées par le dispositif de traitement de micro-réseaux. L'unité de récupération peut comprendre une unité de stockage et une unité de levage. L'unité de stockage comprend un châssis de stockage, un casier de stockage et un premier moteur. Le casier de stockage est conçu pour stocker les lames pour microscope. Le casier de stockage est monté au châssis de stockage et il peut coulisser dans un premier plan grâce au premier moteur. L'unité de levage comprend un châssis de chargement, un bras de chargement et un second moteur. Le bras de chargement est monté au châssis de chargement et il peut coulisser dans un second plan grâce au second moteur. Le bras de chargement peut accéder à une lame pour microscope depuis le casier de stockage. Le bras de chargement utilise un mandrin à succion pour retenir la lame de microscope sur le bras de chargement. Le bras de chargement peut également être pourvu d'un moteur lui permettant d'étirer le mandrin à succion en dessous de la surface inférieure de la lame pour microscope. Une fois la lame pour microscope fixée au bras de chargement, elle peut être acheminée depuis le casier de stockage vers une station de travail sélectionnée, telle qu'un mécanisme de positionnement. L'unité de récupération est automatique, c'est un ordinateur qui commande les opérations des moteurs. La présente invention concerne également un procédé intégré à une machine de traitement de micro-réseaux, permettant de récupérer une lame pour microscope dans un casier de stockage et de l'acheminer vers une station de travail telle qu'un mécanisme de positionnement.
