Abstract

A method of analyzing the content of accumulated fat characterized by comprising: (1) the first step of bringing adipocytes into contact with a fat accumulation promoting protein having a molecular weight of about 6,000 or more and a test substance; and (2) the second step of, after the completion of the operation in the above step (1), quantifying the fat contained in the adipocytes.
