Abstract

The present invention is a mechanism (100) for maintaining angled alignment of a presentation plane with respect to a support plane. The mechanism supportively attachable to a backside of the presentation planar surface. The mechanism comprises two legs (101, 102) or plates rotationally aligned and hinged together at their first ends with a first hinge (104) to form a first axis of rotation. A second end of a first leg (10) is distal to the first hinge, similarly rotationally aligned and hinged together by a second hinge (103) to the backside of the presentation plane (4) or means of rigid attachment thereto to form a second axis of rotation with respect to the presentation plane, whereby the first and second axes of rotation are parallel. The present invention also comprises a system (500) for extensions between a support surface and a visual display or between visual displays. The extensions (512, 513) are long enough to permit the viewer to separably distinguish the edge outlines of the visual displays, exemplified by a small picture being connected at its back to one end of an extension wire and the other end attached to the back and side edge of a tabletop supported picture frame.
