近年は、金融機関あるいは 24時間営業の店等において、拳銃や刃物を用いた凶悪 な事件が発生するおそれがあり、そのための防弾及び防刃としてボディアーマの着 用」が望まれている。しかしながら、従来のボディァーマは、警官等が着用するには適 しているが、例えば、 24 時間営業のコンビ-エンスストア、、レストラン、ホテルあるいは ガソリンスタンドの従業員、または金融機関の聱備員や社員が着用したときには、外観 上力 顧客等に不安感を与え営業活動に悪影響を与えるおそれがあった。また、従 来の警官用のボディアーマは、体に密着させて着用するものが多いため、簡単に着用 できず時間が力かったり、長時間の作業や労働には適さず疲労感や違和感を抑える ことができな力 た。
そこで本発明は、他人に不安感を与えることなく簡単に着用でき、かつ作業性を損 なうことのない防弾 ·防刃用エプロンを提供することを目的とする。 発明の開示 上記目的を達成するために、本発明の防弾'防刃用エプロンは、上部が人の胸部か ら腹部を覆う形状で裏面に袋部を有する形状の上部前掛け部と、この上部前掛け部 の下部に設けられ腰部から脚部を覆う形状の下部前掛け部と、前記上部前掛け部の 上部に設けられ人の左右の肩に掛けられ背中で交差して端部がそれぞれ前掛け部の 側面側に止められる左右肩掛けひもと、前記上部前掛け部の袋部内に収納され人の 胸部から腹部の正面側及び側面側を覆う形状に形成された防弾 ·防刃素材とを備え る。前掛け部の裏側の袋部内に胸部力 腹部の正面及び側面を覆う防弾 ·防刃素材 を収納し肩掛けひもで肩に掛けていること 、不安感を与えることがなぐ銃弾や刃物 による危険を防ぐことができ、着用が短時間に簡単にでき、作業性を損なうことなく長 時間の作業や労働にも適し、疲労感や違和感を最小限に抑えることができる。
図面の簡単な説明 以下、本発明を図示の一実施形態により具体的に説明する。図 1乃至図 5は本発明 の第 1実施形態による防弾 '防刃用エプロンを説明する図であり、図 1はエプロンの表 側を示す図、図 2はエプロンの裏側を示す図、図 3はエプロンの着用状態を説明する 正面側の斜視図、図 4はエプロンの着用状態を説明する背面側の斜視図、図 5はエブ ロンの側面側を示す図である。
これらの図において、本発明の第 1実施形態による防弾 ·防刃用エプロン 10は、衣 服の前側を保護したり汚れを防ぐために使用する形状のエプロンであり、胸部及び腹 部から脚部の前側を覆う前掛け部 11と、この前掛け部 11の上部に設けられる一対の 肩掛けひも 12， 12と、前掛け部 11の裏面側に設けられる袋部 13に収納される防弾 · 防刃素材 14等とから構成されている。
前掛け部 11は、一般的な衣服に使用される生地等からなり、人の胸部及び腹部の 正面側と側面側を覆う形状の上部前掛け部 11aと、この前掛け部 11aの下部に設けら れ腰部から脚部の正面側及び側面側を覆う形状の下部前掛け部 l ibとから形成され ている。上部前掛け部 11aの上部には、人の左右の肩に掛けかつ背中で交差して端 部がそれぞれ前掛け部 11の側面側で止められる一対の肩掛けひも 12, 12が設けら れている。肩掛けひも 12の端部及ぴ前掛け部 11の左右の側部側には、それぞれファ スナー 15， 16が設けられており、対応するファスナー 15, 16を互いに装着させて止 めることができるようになっている。また、上部前掛け部 11aの裏面側は、例えば、 2重 の布地で形成されチャック 17で開閉自在な袋部 13が設けられている。この袋部 13は、 後に詳細に説明する防弹 ·防刃素材 14を収納できる形状に形成されている。防弾-防 刃素材 14は、例えば、スぺクトラ'フレックス (登録商標)繊維とデュポン社製のケヴラ 一 C (登録商標）の合成繊維力らなり厚さ 22mm程度で、上側が胸幅程度で胸部の前 面を覆うとともに下側の左右がやや幅広で腹部の前面と側面を覆うことができる形状 に形成されている。このような防弾 ·防刃素材 14では、全体の重さが約 970g程度であ り、拳銃やマシンピストルから発射される 9mmF J24グレイン弾丸、あるいはトカレフ に関する中国製やルーマニア製の 7. 62mmF J弾丸を阻止することができる性能の ものである。なお、例 ば、図 6の防弾 ·防刃素材 14'に示すように、上記形状の防弾' 防刃素材 14に加えて下腹部を銃弾や刃物から防ぐために下側にやや突出された下 腹部の前側を覆う形状に形成してもよレ、。
上部構成の防弾 ·防刃用エプロン 10では、上部前掛け部 11aの裏面に袋部 13を設 け、その袋部 13内に胸部力 腹部の正面と側面を覆う形状の防弾 ·防刃素材 14を収 納し、かつ外観上通常のエプロンと同様に形成されてレ、るため、例えば、 24時間営業 のコンビニエンスストア、レストラン、ホテルあるいはガソリンスタンドの従業員、または 金融機関の餮備員や社員が着用していても顧客に不安感を与えることがなぐ銃弾や 刃物による危険を防ぐことができる。また、この防弾 ·防刃用エプロン 10は、肩掛けひ も 12, 12を左右の肩に掛けて着用し、従来のポディア一マのように肌に密着すること がないため、着用が短時間に簡単にでき、重量も比較的軽くでき、作業性を損なうこと なく長時間の作業や労働にも適し疲労感や違和感を最小限に抑えることができる。 図 7は本発明の第 2実施形態の防弾'防刃用エプロンの斜視図である。なお、第 1実 施形態に対応する部分およぴ部材は同一の符号を記し詳細な説明を省略する。 この実施形態の防弾 ·防刃用エプロン 20は、第 1実施形態と同様の形状に形成され た前掛け部 21に同様の防弾 ·防刃素材 14が開閉自在なチャック 17を設けた袋部内 に収納され、また背中力 脚部の後ろ側を覆う形状の後掛け部 22の上部側に開閉自 在なチャック 17を設けた袋部内に背中を覆う形状の防弾，防刃素材 23が収納され、 前掛け部 21と後掛け部 22の上部側を左右の肩に掛ける一対の肩掛けひも 24， 24で 連結し、後掛け部 22の腰に近レ、位置の左右に一対のベルト 25， 25を設け、そのベル ト 25， 25の端部に設けられたファスナー 26と前掛け部 2iの対応する位置に設けられ たファスナー 27との間で止められるようになつている。
