单孔压板堵漏部件如图 20、 21、 22所示, 由 Π形压板 56组成, 在 压板的面上有与螺栓配合的单个螺孔 57, 58 为单孔压板的导角。 主要 用于卧式罐体的点状、 蜂窝状和裂纹等泄漏点的堵漏, 使用时将其平行^ 地放于泄漏点表面, 并使中心螺孔对准泄漏点, 用带式加压堵漏部件收 紧横撑杆堵漏部件两端的钢带, 并旋上固定顶杆的螺栓, 把涂好胶的附 板紧靠螺栓顶杆端部, 迅速拧紧顶杆螺栓, 使附板紧紧压在泄漏点上, 待胶固化后拆除钢带和单孔压板堵漏部件。 工业应用性
本发明具有以下优点:
本发明可以有多种组合, 适合于各种罐体、 管道、 法兰、 盘根、 阀 门等点状、 线状、 蜂窝状的泄漏, 均可在带温、 带压条件下边漏边修, 无火无电操作, 只要泄漏设备温度在 - 70°C— +250°C, 泄漏压力在- 1. 0 →2. 5Mpa 范围内均可使用, 修复后即可拆除工具。 本发明使用组合简 单、 直观、 操作方便等特点, 适合于电力、 化工、 石油、 冶金、 消防等 行业使用, 可以替代国外进口产品。

Claims

权利要求
1.带压堵漏组合工具, 包括带式加压堵漏部件, 其特征在于还包括顶 压堵漏部件、 压板堵漏部件、 圆形堵漏部件;
所述的顶压堵漏部件, 对称布置有叉, 穿过支架通过螺母或螺钉调整 固定, 在叉杆的下端有叉, 在两叉杆之间有方头螺杆;
所述的压板堵漏部件, 通过带式加压堵漏部件固定或通过钢丝绳固 定, 压板上有螺孔;
所述的圆形堵漏部件, 由大、 小不等的两部分圆弧组成一个圆形, 一 端为铰接, 另一端为螺栓固定, 在较大的圆弧部分上均匀的布置有与螺栓 配合的螺孔。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的带压堵漏组合工具, 其特征在于所述的移动 顶压堵漏部件, 对称布置的平动叉杆 (22)穿过平动支架 (20)通过螺母(18) 调整固定, 在平动叉杆的下端有平动叉 (21), 在两平动叉杆之间有方头螺 杆(19)。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的带压堵漏组合工具, 其特征在于所述的转动 顶压堵漏部件, 对称布置的转动叉杆 (26)穿过转动支架 (24)通过螺钉 (27、 28)调整固定, 在转动叉杆的下端有转动叉 (23), 在两转动叉杆之间有方 头螺杆 (19)。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的带压堵漏组合工具, 其特征在于所述的长形 压板堵漏部件, 其压板为长形, 在压板 (30)的一端有一翘起的端部 (31), 在翘起的端部和压板上均有螺孔 (32)。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的带压堵漏组合工具, 其特征在于所述的弧 ¾ 压板堵漏部件, 其压板 (33)为弧形, 在弧形压板的一端有一翘起 (34), ¾ 翘起的部位有螺孔(35)。
6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的带压堵漏组合工具, 其特征在于所述的椤 撑杆压板堵漏部件, 其横撑杆 (36)为一长方形杆体, 在横撑杆两端的上預 有一弧形凹槽 (37), 中间有螺孔 (38),在横撑杆两端的下部有 T形槽 (39) : 长形螺母 (40)通过螺杆 (41)与倒 L形滑块连接, 倒 L形滑块的底部为倒 ' 形结构, 使长形螺母 (40)能在 T形槽 (39)内滑动, 使倒 L形滑块 (42)沿' 形槽 (39)任意位置固定。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的带压堵漏组合工具, 其特征在于所述的多孔 压板堵漏部件由 Π形压板(55)组成, 在压板的面上有与螺栓配合的多个螺 孔 (52、 53) , 在多孔压板的端部有穿钢丝绳的孔 (51), 紧固钢丝绳的螺孔 (54)。
8.根据权利要求 1所述的带压堵漏组合工具, 其特征在于所述的单孔 压板堵漏部件由 Π形压板 (56)组成, 在压板的面上有与螺栓配合的单个螺 孔 (57), 单孔压板的导角(58)。
9.根据权利要求 1所述的带压堵漏组合工具, 其特征在于所述的圆形 堵漏部件, 由大、 小不等的两部分圆弧 (44、 45)组成一个圆形, 一端为铰 接, 另一端为螺栓固定, 在较大的圆弧部分上均匀的布置有与螺栓配合的 螺孔。
