Abstract

La présente invention porte sur une composition de liant comprenant un polymère de polyester aliphatique; une cire d'éthylènebisamide et un agent de mouillage de guanidine. La composition peut également contenir un additif qui accélère ou étend le déliement de la composition de liant, et sur un procédé de formation d'une pièce frittée par moulage par injection de poudre, Ce procédé consiste à former une composition verte comprenant un liant et une poudre inorganique, le liant étant une composition comprenant un polymère de polyester aliphatique, une cire d'éthylènebisamide et un agent de mouillage de guanidine, et peut également comprendre un additif qui accélère ou retarde l'achèvement du déliement du liant; faire fondre la composition; l'injecter dans un moule pour former une pièce; chauffer la pièce à une température à laquelle le liant se décompose; et chauffer la pièce à une température à laquelle la poudre inorganique est frittée.
