Definitions
- the present invention relates to a fishing luminary, and more particularly to a fishing luminary wherein waste of the luminary or environmental pollution can be effectively prevented because it would not be easily separated from a fishing line even in rough tide of a sea.
- a fishing luminary as shown in Figure 1, comprises of one luminescent chemicals 3 and the other luminescent chemicals 5 isolated from said luminescent chemicals 3 by a glass ampule 4, which are sealed in long transparent or semitransparent tube (receptacle) 1.
- a clip 8 in which a fishing line is inserted is formed, and at top side of the receptacle 1, a hole 6 is formed.
- This hole 6 is used to insert a fishing line or to be hung to a stick or a hook when being used for a lighting means in the events like various outdoor leisure activity or festival and etc.
- a plurality of irregularities 9 are provided in the inner side of the clip 2.
- This luminary radiates by chemical reaction of the above two chemicals when the tube 1 is folded and the glass ampule 4 is broken. This luminary is used for a firework or for a lighting means in alluring fishes or in leisure activity or events.
- the conventional luminary often happens to be separated from a fishing line 8 owing to rough tide when a fishing line is cast into a sea. Therefore, there was problems that, when the luminaries 10 are separated from a fishing line 8, not only the luminaries 10 are spent without obtaining the effect to allure fishes, but also the fishes may get the disease or die of the poisonous chemicals if they eat the separated luminary 10 and this will result in the pollution of the sea.
- the invention is intended to resolve the problem described above and so the object of the invention is to provide a fishing luminary wherein waste of the luminary or environmental pollution of the sea can be effectively prevented because it would not be easily separated from a fishing line even in rough tide of sea.
- a fishing luminary 10 having a luminescent chemicals 3 .being sealed in the transparent or semitransparent tube 1 and the other luminescent chemicals 5 sealed in a glass ampule 4 which is contained in the tube 1 so that the two luminescent chemicals 3, 5 should be separated to each other, and the tube 1 having a clip 2 at the top side of it in which a fishing line 8 is inserted and a hole 6 at the top of the tube 1, wherein the tube 1 has an elastic projection 12 being ⁇ positioned on the opposite side of the clip 2 and extending to the clip 2 and partially overlapped with the clip 2 so that the separation of the fishing line 8 is prevented.
- the hole 6 is disposed to penetrate the clip 2.
- Figure 1 shows one embodiment of the conventional fishing luminary
- Figure 2 and Figure 3 show the view of one embodiment of the invention
- FIG. 4 and Figure 5 show the view of another embodiment of the invention
- Figures 2 and 3 show the view of one embodiment of the invention.
- the fishing luminary 10 has a luminescent chemicals 3 , being sealed in the transparent or semitransparent tube 1 and the other luminescent chemicals 5 sealed in a glass ampule 4 which is contained in the tube 1 so that the two luminescent chemicals 3, 5 should be separated to each other.
- a clip 2 is provided at the top end of the tube 1, and the irregularity 9 is provided in the inner side of the clip 2.
- a hole 6 is formed at the top side of the tube 1.
- the tube 1 is provided with a step portion 14 under the lower end of the clip 2, and an elastic projection 12 extends from one side of the step portion 14, toward the end of the clip 2.
- the end of the elastic projection 12 is partially overlapped with the end of the clip 2 so that the step portion 14 is covered by the elastic projection 12.
- the fishing luminary 10 of the invention can dually prevent the fishing line 8 from being released not only by a clip 2 for gripping the fishing line 8 but also by an elastic projection 12.
- a user can easily separate the fishing line 8 from the luminary 10 by pressing the elastic projection 12 by his finger and making a gap between the elastic projection 12 and the clip 2.
- Figure 4 and Figure 5 show another embodiment of the invention.
- the drawings show that a hole 6 is not formed at the outside of the clip 2, but is formed at the middle part of the clip 2 by piercing the clip 2. If the hole 6 is formed at a different position in the luminary 10 of a predetermined standard dimension, that is, at the outside ol the clip 2, the length of the clip 2 or the irregularities 9 in the inner side of the clip 2 will be reduced comparatively, so the gripping force of the clip 2 for a fishing line 8 may be reduced and the possibility of separation of the fishing line 8 may be increased. Therefore, the hole 6 is preferably formed on the clip 2 in order to secure the sufficient length of the clip 2 instead of being formed at a different position with the clip 2.
- a fishing luminary wherein waste of the luminary or environmental pollution can be effectively prevented because the fishing line 8 may not be easily separated from the clip 2 even in rough tide of sea.
