Abstract

Les installations de traitement aérobique et anaérobique des eaux usées nécessitent généralement des surfaces de terrain importantes pour le traitement efficace de courant d'eaux usées en vue de l'obtention de très faibles niveaux de charge en DBO et une réduction de DCO. La construction et l'exploitation de telles installations sont très coûteuses. Il est possible de réduire la taille et le coût des installations de traitement des eaux en utilisant de systèmes de traitement chimique, encore que ces systèmes coûtent eux-mêmes généralement cher et ne permettant pas d'atteindre les faibles niveaux DBO et DCO exigés globalement par les instances de contrôle. Cette invention concerne un système à pH contrôlé, avec décantation, homogénéisation et une combinaison de floculation, flottation et traitement au moyen d'un gaz d'ozone concentré, qui doit permettre d'atteindre de très faibles niveaux de décharge DBO et DCO tout en offrant un rapport coût-efficacité satisfaisant en termes de réalisation et d'exploitation.
