Darin zeigt:Further advantageous embodiments of the invention can be found in the schematically illustrated exemplary embodiments. It shows:
FIG 1 Kühlung des Betriebswassers und des Sterilisationsdampfes durch ein Kälteaggregat, FIG 2 Kühlung des Betriebswassers und des Sterilisationsdampfes mit Peltierelementen, FIG 3 Vorkondensation des Sterilisationsdampfes durch ein Kälteaggregat oder Peltierelemente.1 cooling of the process water and the sterilization steam by means of a refrigeration unit, FIG. 2 cooling of the process water and sterilization steam using Peltier elements, FIG. 3 precondensation of the sterilization steam by means of a refrigeration unit or Peltier elements.
Destilliertes Wasser wird gegebenenfalls im Vorratsbehälter 3 ergänzt.1 shows a steam sterilizer with a sterilization container 1 into which distilled water is supplied from a storage container 3 via a steam generator 2. The steam is sucked off via a line 4 shown in principle with valve elements 5. The suction is done by a liquid ring pump 6. The operating liquid, in particular water, is fed via a line 7 into an operating water tank 8, in which it is cooled by a cooling unit 9. The cooled process water is fed back to the liquid ring pump 6 via a further line 10. The operating water is thus kept very cold, as a result of which the characteristic curve of the liquid ring pump 6 is greatly improved due to the condensation effect. The installation of the steam sterilizer is therefore location independent since no water connection is necessary. If there is too much operating fluid in the operating water tank 8, a collecting tank (not shown in more detail) can be provided in order to discharge the operating water via a line 11. If necessary, distilled water is added to storage container 3.
In FIG. 2, in addition to the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the cooling unit 9 is replaced by a cooling element 12, which has cooling fins 16 for heat radiation via convection and Peltier elements 13 for cooling the process water. The waste heat from the Peltier elements 13 can be used for preheating 14 the distilled water. 3 shows a sterilizer container 1 in which the evacuation is carried out by a dry-running or oil-lubricated vacuum pump 15. The cooling or condensation and / or separation of the steam is brought about, inter alia, by a cooling system as already described above. The water obtained is preferably drained to the outside. In order to create a self-sufficient system, this water is provided, for. B. to supply a filter arrangement to restore distilled water that can be supplied to the sterilization process.
