Abstract

Selon l'invention, l'actionneur comprend deux structures magnétiques fixes (321, 341) (322, 342) et une partie magnétique mobile (36) apte à se déplacer vers l'une ou l'autre des deux extrémités des structures magnétiques. L'actionneur est de préférence réalisé sous forme de microactionneur. Application à la réalisation de microrelais, microvannes, micropompes, etc.
