Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour appliquer un revêtement initial sur un substrat ou pour réparer des revêtements sur des substrats. Ce procédé comprend les opérations suivantes : (i) dans au moins une étape, on applique au moins un matériau d'enduction liquide pour réaliser le revêtement initial sur au moins une surface d'un substrat ou pour réparer la surface et/ou l'intérieur de revêtements ; (ii) on fait partiellement durcir (gélifier) les zones réparées ou la ou les couches(s) de revêtement obtenue(s) ; (iii) la ou les couches(s) gélifiée(s)ou bien les zones réparées gélifiées sont ensuite complètement durcies. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que (1) on utilise au moins un matériau d'enduction durcissable par rayonnement actinique, ce matériau contenant au moins un photoinitiateur dont l'absorption spectrale s'étend dans la zone visible ou bien elle est entièrement dans la zone visible, (2) la ou les couche(s) appliquée(s) ou les zones réparées sont gélifiées par rayonnement actinique provenant de sources de rayonnement (A), dont le maximum d'émission spectrale se trouve dans la zone visible, et (3) la ou les couche(s) gélifiées ou bien les zones réparées gélifiées durcissent complètement sous l'action de rayonnement actinique provenant de sources de rayonnement (A) et/ou de sources de rayonnement (B), dont le maximum d'émission spectrale se trouve dans la zone ultraviolette.
