Abstract

Eine optische Meßvorrichtung zur Messung chemischer und/oder biologischer Proben weist eine Beleuchtungseinrichtung (16) zur Beleuchtung der zu messenden Probe (20) auf. Ferner ist eine Optikeinrichtung (22) zur Abbildung eines Probenbereichs in einem Bildfeld (10) vorgesehen. Ein erster Teilbereich (12) des Bildfeldes wird von einem ersten Detektor (28) und ein zweiter Teilbereich (14) des Bildfeldes (10) wird von einem zweiten Detektor (34) erfasst. Es ist somit möglich, zwischen zwei Meßverfahren ohne Umschalten zu wechseln oder zwei Messungen an einer Probe gleichzeitig durchzuführen.
