Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de gazéification dans lequel on achemine un gaz fluidifiant jusqu'à un four depuis le fond du four afin de former un lit fluidifié descendant (7) et un lit fluidifié ascendant (8) dans le four. Cet appareil de gazéification possède un passage de évacuation de matériau incombustible (9) sous le lit fluidifié ascendant (8). La matériau combustible (5) est moulé dans la partie supérieure du lit fluidifié descendant (7) afin de consumer et de gazéifier le matériau combustible (5). Des moyens d'agitation de support fluidifié sont présents dans le passage de évacuation de matériau incombustible (9) ou un gaz inerte est amené par une ouverture d'approvisionnement (14) dans ou à proximité du passage (9) afin d'empêcher la formation de mâchefer dans ledit passage (9) ou dans ou à proximité de l'entrée de celui-ci, qui dans le cas contraire bloquerait l'ouverture de évacuation du matériau incombustible.
