Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé destinés à augmenter les performances d'une station de traitement des eaux et en particulier d'une station de traitement des eaux usées. Ce procédé consiste à prélever un échantillon du flux d'eau entrant et à l'ensemencer avec des bactéries sélectionnées pour augmenter les performances des composants aval de la station de traitement. L'échantillon ensemencé est ensuite retenu pendant un laps de temps suffisant pour assurer que les bactéries injectées puissent proliférer par acclimatation, afin que les bactéries cultivées dans l'échantillon soient appariées aux caractéristiques du flux d'entrée. Ce procédé consiste ensuite à réintroduire l'échantillon prélevé et les bactéries cultivées qu'il contient dans le flux d'entrée.
