Abstract

L'invention concerne des dispositifs microfluidiques permettant de mesurer un flux de fluide. L'invention concerne des dispositifs et des procédés de mesure « tronc-branche » de portions de fluide, dans lesquels un ou plusieurs canaux branches de volume défini sont mesurés à partir d'une masse de fluide. L'invention concerne également la mesure d'au moins une portion discrète par le biais de la sélection des conditions de fourniture d'un premier et d'un second fluide à un canal microfluidique. Le premier fluide peut être un fluide et le second fluide un gaz. Des segments de canal à zone réduite permettent d'aider à mesurer un ou plusieurs portions de fluide discrets. Dans un autre aspect, un volume microfluidique est mesuré en remplissant une chambre microfluidique de fluide, en fermant un canal d'entrée de manière étanche, puis en en extrayant ledit fluide.
