Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif chirurgical. Ce dispositif chirurgical peut comprendre une lame rotative conçue pour découper un tissu afin d'introduire une canule, ainsi qu'un premier élément de commande conçu pour être entraîné par un système moteur et pour imprimer une rotation à la lame coupante. Dans un mode de réalisation, la lame rotative peut comporter une fraise possédant un filet coupant. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, cette lame rotative peut consister en une lame circulaire.
