Abstract

Cette invention concerne un implant biodégradable pour muscle cardiaque destiné à occlure des perforations pratiquées dans le muscle cardiaque dans le but de stimuler la revascularisation de régions ou de sites tissulaires endommagés dudit muscle. Les implants de muscle cardiaque peuvent être utilisés directement pour perforer le coeur. L'invention concerne également un matériau de suture pour muscle cardiaque qui favorise ou stimule la revascularisation de régions ou de sites tissulaires endommagés. Les implants et matériaux de suture comportent tous une ou plusieurs parties imperméables faites pour être associées à la surface du muscle cardiaque et pénétrer suffisamment en profondeur dans ce muscle pour éliminer les écoulements de fluide depuis l'intérieur. Les parties situées à l'intérieur du muscle cardiaque sont conçues pour laisser passer les fluides et les cellules et servir de support pour la revascularisation des tissus endommagés du muscle cardiaque.
