Abstract

En chirurgie orthopédique, lors de la mise en place de plaques angulaires de 95°, la plaque reste souvent désalignée par rapport à l'os. En effet, la technique et les instruments actuels étant uniquement d'ordre visuel, il n'existe aucun instrument qui nous permette de nous orienter de manière précise et sûre lors de l'introduction du premier clou de guidage. Nous pensons que cet implant est particulièrement adapté au traitement de certaines fractures du fémur. Cet implant se présente sous forme de plaque de guidage comprenant, d'une part, une plaque principale mâle sur lequel sont réduits les fragments osseux de façon adéquate et sûre, permettant d'obtenir immédiatement la position finale de la plaque et ainsi de résoudre le problème du désalignement entre la plaque et l'os et, d'autre part, un élément femelle, démontable, formant avec la plaque mâle un tunnel destiné au ciseau de guidage, permettant de résoudre le problème de l'orientation du clou de la plaque et de visualiser la position finale exacte de l'implant lorsque le clou est placé dans la plaque de guidage, sans perdre de vue l'alignement entre la plaque et l'os.
