Abstract

Selon la présente invention, on utilise du similicuir pour fabriquer des ballons de jeux, tels qu'un ballon de football, un ballon de base-ball ou un ballon de volley-ball, etc., obtenus par l'assemblage d'une pluralité de pièces. Le similicuir imprimé pour ballons de la présente invention se caractérise par ce qu'il est collé à la face arrière d'un film PVC transparent, lequel est découpé le long d'une pièce découpée, ces pièces étant cousues afin que le ballon soit formé. Le film PVC transparent recouvre l'impression et la formation de la pièce découpée sur la surface du similicuir et un élément de décoration, composé d'un motif, d'une forme et d'une photo etc., disposé à l'intérieur des morceaux sur la face arrière. Du fait que l'élément de décoration, tel que les motifs, les formes, les photos ou les lettres etc. et diverses couleurs servant de décoration à la surface du ballon lors de la formation du ballon, est déposé sur la face arrière du film PVC transparent, on obtient une meilleure résistance à l'usure de l'élément de décoration, tel que le motif, la forme, la photo, etc., lequel est préservé de façon que l'aspect extérieur soit maintenu et exposé en bon état pour une longue durée. En outre, l'usure de l'élément de décoration causée par le contact avec le sol ou par un utilisateur peut être évitée, et l'usure de la surface du ballon peut être amoindrie, permettant ainsi d'améliorer la durabilité du ballon. De ce fait, le bel aspect extérieur du ballon en similicuir peut être conservé en bon état pour une longue durée.
