Abstract
The invention relates to a method for stabilising the output power of a solid-state laser (1) with frequency multiplication inside the resonator. At least two elements of the beam emitted by the solid-state laser are measured and are used to set the output power of the laser to a constant value of at least one adjustment variable. In order to achieve an especially good stabilisation, at least one second adjustment variable is influenced for setting the output power of the solid-state laser (1). The solid-state laser system (1) is pumped with two laser diodes (10, 11) which are oriented in such a way that the polarisation directions thereof (10, 11) are different.
