Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé pour produire des protéines recombinantes, marquées de façon uniforme et complète par au moins un isotope, à partir de cellules ou de microorganismes recombinants autotrophes et/ou phototrophes. Ce procédé consiste à mettre en culture les cellules ou microorganismes dans un milieu comprenant au moins un isotope stable, à isoler ces microorganismes/cellules, puis à purifier les protéines recombinantes à partir des microorganismes, de cellules ou du milieu de culture. Les cellules/microorganismes sont mis en culture en aérobie, en anaérobie ou en fermentation; la culture en aérobie s'effectuant en présence de CO2 atmosphérique, celle en anaérobie et en fermentation sans CO2 atmosphérique. Les cultures en anaérobie et en fermentation s'effectuent en régulant le pH, l'intensité d'une source de lumière et la durée d'exploitation en continu à cette source.
