Abstract

A method, and associated apparatus, for reading information from a transmitter (70) using a phased array antenna (76) wherein adjustment of the phased array antenna providing an RF link is performed in a period when the incident signal contains no information. In one embodiment, the method and apparatus are employed to receive and track an FM video signal transmitted by a mobile television radio-camera.
