Abstract

La présente invention concerne un contenant (1) pour produits alimentaires, comprenant une base plate (2) et un ensemble de côtés (3) qui sont perpendiculaires ou en angle par rapport à la base plate (2) et dont les bords inférieurs sont reliés à la base (2). Les portions supérieures des côtés (3) forment un rebord (4) qui s'étend de manière continue, formant une surface fermée qui représente le périmètre supérieur du contenant (1). Le rebord (4) peut être équipé d'un élément de renfort (5) divisé en une première partie (5a) pouvant être reliée de manière stable à une portion du rebord (4) à proximité de son raccordement avec les côtés (3), et une seconde partie (5b) pouvant être reliée à une portion des côtés (3) à proximité du rebord (4). Les deux parties (5a, 5b) de l'élément de renfort (5) s'étendent de manière à recouvrir en partie le rebord (4) et les côtés (5), formant ainsi une surface ou couche supplémentaire qui permet de renforcer la zone d'interface entre le rebord (4) et les côtés (3).
