Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé économe en énergie permettant de traiter des déchets à base de pétrole, notamment les boues, les dépôts de fond ou les lubrifiants usagés, et de les convertir en produits finis utilisables, tels que du gaz et des fractions de gaz/huile. Ce procédé ne produit pas des sous-produits entraînant des déchets comme les eaux usées polluées, les asphaltèniques lourds et les sous-produits du goudron. Au lieu de cela, ce procédé permet d'éliminer l'eau par une adsorption sélective au moyen d'additifs de déshydratation. Ces additifs de déshydratation sont recyclés et peuvent être réutilisés. Après écrémage du volume déshydraté, le produit restant est traité par craquage thermocatalytique. Quelques uns des matériaux actifs utilisés dans la réaction de craquage sont des produits de déchets d'autres procédés. Le gaz et les fractions de gaz/huile obtenus par ce procédé sont conformes aux spécifications standard. Ce procédé utilise un équipement rentable, dont une grande partie est produite de manière courante. Le procédé et l'appareil selon la présente invention offrent une solution pour le traitement des déchets de raffinerie et des déchets à base de pétrole, et pour la production de carburants liquides standard et utiles.
