Abstract

La présente invention concerne des dérivés d'urée et d'amide qui ont une action d'inhibition de la fonction cellulaire du récepteur de la chimiokine CCR-3. Ces composés représentent un moyen efficace de traiter un ensemble de maladies considérées comme médiées par le récepteur CCR-3. Un ensemble de dérivés utiles d'urée et d'amide peuvent être synthétisés par mise en oeuvre de protocoles de synthèse en phase liquide et solide.
