Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de communication servant à améliorer le traitement médical d'un patient (4) au moins sur un lieu de traitement (1) par communication avec le personnel spécialisé (17) d'un centre spécialisé (2). Le système sur le lieu de traitement (1) comprend des moyens (6, 7) pour l'acquisition de données chez le patient (4), des moyens (7, 9) pour la saisie de données par un personnel soignant (5) s'occupant du malade, des moyens (3, 10) pour la transmission bidirectionnelle de données au centre spécialisé (2), ainsi que des moyens (8, 9) pour la sortie de données reçues du centre spécialisé (2). Le système dans le centre spécialisé (2) comprend au moins des moyens (11, 12, 13) pour la sortie de données reçues du lieu de traitement (1), des moyens (14) pour la saisie de données par le personnel spécialisé (17), ainsi que des moyens (3, 16) pour la transmission bidirectionnelle de données au lieu de traitement (1). Ainsi, pratiquement en temps réel, le personnel spécialisé (17) en poste dans le centre spécialisé (2) peut établir, à partir des données reçues du lieu de traitement (1), un diagnostic de l'état de santé du patient (4) se trouvant sur le lieu de traitement (1) et peut élaborer, à partir de ce diagnostic, au moins une proposition de thérapie qui peut être transmise au personnel soignant (5) s'occupant du patient (4).
