本发明的目的是通过对上述牙线器的改进， 而提供一种结构合理， 配 置牙线较长而使用更加方便卫生和便于携带的一种牙线器。
上述目的是由以下技术方案实现的： 手柄由带有引线头的空腔的柄体 和柄体端口连接的柄盖构成， 柄体设有纵向滑槽， 锁线推柄两侧与滑槽滑 动接合， 手柄中纵向装有牙线轴， 其圆形前挡支撑于柄体内凸台，. 后档的 轴心窝与柄盖支轴的锥尖相接合， 锁线推柄底面设有带过线孔的且在锁线 位置与牙线轴圆形前挡磨擦接合的止动板， 柄体前端设有引线头的护罩。
所说的柄体和柄盖由分别设置的环状凹槽和凸起连接固定；
在柄体外侧设有割线器， 割线器为翘起且有一锐利边沿的薄片构成。 所说的锁线推柄底面的止动板， 设有与牙线轴圆形前挡周边斜面相吻 合的楔紧斜面；
所说的护罩可套接于柄盖。
本发明具有一手持本牙线器， 通过引线头使牙线一端深入口腔而避免 手指与口腔接触， 另一手持牙线另一端， 双手配合使牙线便于控制的特点 之外， 还具有内附牙线使用时间较长， 省去储存盒仍可携带的显著优点。
下面结合实施例及其附图进一步说明本发明。 附图说明

图 1所示实施例， 柄体 3前端为引线头 1， 与柄体套接的柄盖 9通过柄 体的环状凸起和柄盖的环状凹槽连接固定并构成牙线器手柄。 手柄为空腔, 内设纵向的牙线轴 7， 其圆形前挡 5由柄体中的呈星形分布的三个带有台肩 的凸台所支撑。 后挡 8也为圆形其轴心窝由柄盖 9内侧支轴 10的锥尖所支 撑， 使缠绕牙线 2的牙线轴定位并可旋转， 柄体 3设有纵向滑槽 3 '， 截面 为 "工"字形的锁线推柄 6 通过其两侧滑槽与柄体的纵向滑槽滑动接合， 锁线推柄底面设有带楔紧斜面的止动板 4， 该斜面与圆形前挡 5周边的斜面 相吻合。 止动板 4在其与锁线推柄 6的结合部设有过线孔 11， 牙线 2经由 过线孔从引线头 1的线孔引出， 在柄体外侧设有割线器 12， 割线器 12为翘 起且有一锐利边沿的薄片构成。
柄体 3的前端设有引线头的护罩 13， 如图 2所示， 该护罩应将图 1所 示的割线器 12同时封护。
本实施例的护罩 13在使用时可套接于柄盖 9，护罩 13与柄盖 9紧配合， 如图 3 所示， 该结构可使牙线器整体结构长度缩短， 而使用时又延长了手 柄长度而便于手持。
由于本牙线器可用无毒聚乙稀注塑生产， 造价低廉， 内附牙线长度可 达 25米， 因此具有长时间多次使用的效果， 而不必更换牙线轴， 使用时前 推锁线推柄， 拨下护罩 13套在柄盖 9以延长手握持部位， 拉出足够长度的 牙线后， 后推锁线推柄， 使牙线轴止动而锁紧牙线， 用毕通过割线器割去 用过的牙线套装护罩即可。
本发明缠绕于牙线轴的牙线 2储于柄体 3 内， 使用时牙线可由头部线 孔拉出、 锁定， 头部可深入使用者口腔， 与持线另一手配合， 非常方便地 清洁牙齿， 本发明的使用， 可避免接触牙面部分牙线与手接触， 故十分卫 生； 牙线不足时， 可拉开手柄后盖， 取出牙线轴补充牙线， 可长期反复使 用。
综上所述， 本发明能利用简单的结构设计， 使得本发明的产品携带方 便， 使用起来卫生。 显然本发明为一种新颖、 进步并深具实用性的新设计。 以上所述乃是本发明的具体实施例及所运用的技术原理， 若依本发明的构 想所作的等效改变， 其,所产生的功能作用仍未超出说明书及附图所涵盖的 精神时， 均应在本发明的范围内， 特此说明。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种牙线器， 其特征在于手柄由带有引线头的空腔的柄体和柄体端 口连接的柄盖构成， 柄体设有纵向滑槽， 锁线推柄两侧与滑槽滑动接合， 手柄中纵向装有牙线轴， 其圆形前挡支撑于柄体内凸台， 后档的轴心窝与 柄盖支轴的锥尖相接合， 锁线推柄底面设有带过线孔的且在锁线位置与牙 线轴圆形前挡磨擦接合的止动板， 柄体前端设有引线头的护罩。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的所述的牙线器， 其特征在于柄体和柄盖由分 别设置的环状凹槽和凸起连接固定。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的所述的牙线器， 其特征在于在柄体外侧 设有割线器， 割线器为翘起且有一锐利边沿的薄片构成。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的所述的牙线器， 其特征在于所说的锁线 推柄底面的止动板， 设有与牙线轴圆形前挡周边斜面相吻合的楔紧斜面。
