Abstract

L'invention porte sur un appareil et sur un procédé selon lequel un ou plusieurs traceurs sont placés intrinsèquement ou extrinsèquement dans un article ou produit. Les traceurs sont détectés par fluorimétrie aux rayons X afin d'identifier ou vérifier l'article ou son point de fabrication. Les traceurs sont intégrés à l'article lors de la fabrication ou sont placés dans un revêtement, étiquette ou encore encastrés dans l'article pour vérifier ensuite la présence ou l'absence de ces éléments par fluorescence aux rayons X, ce qui détermine la composition élémentaire unique du traceur dans l'article.
